Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking or payment. By making a payment to Orchid Spa, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Appointment Bookings and Cancellations
Card payment details are required to confirm your appointment.
You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 75% of the service price. Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will incur a charge of 100% of the service price.

2. Course Deposits and Bookings
All course deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit is required to secure your place on a course. No place is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
If you are unable to attend your booked course and wish to reschedule, a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for your deposit to be transferred to an alternative course date.

If you provide less than 14 days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another course date.
The remaining balance for your course must be paid at least 48 hours before the scheduled course date. Failure to pay the outstanding balance by this deadline may result in the loss of your place on the course.
Please ensure that you are able to attend your chosen course date and meet the payment deadlines before making a booking.
Once full payment has been received, no refund will be offered if you choose not to continue with the course or fail to attend.

3. Finance Options
If you choose to pay for your course through one of our finance options, the following terms apply.
Your place on a course is not secured until your finance application has been approved by our finance provider.
Once your finance agreement has been approved, any cancellation or withdrawal must be handled in accordance with the terms of your finance agreement and applicable consumer law.

If you wish to cancel your course after finance approval, you may remain responsible for outstanding repayments, depending on the terms of your agreement and any applicable cancellation rights.

If you fail to attend your course or provide less than 14 days’ notice when requesting to reschedule, you may remain responsible for your finance repayments. A further payment may also be required to secure a new course date, unless the rescheduled course can be accommodated under your existing finance arrangement.

Please ensure you understand the terms of your finance agreement before proceeding.

4. Requirements Before Booking
By booking a course with Orchid Spa, you agree to the following:

Qualifications: Where requested, you will provide copies of all relevant previous qualification certificates before attending the course.
Attendance: You confirm that you are available to attend the agreed course dates and times.
Personal Information: You confirm that all personal information and details provided to Orchid Spa are accurate and up to date.
Photography and Video: You acknowledge that Orchid Spa may take photographs or videos during course dates for promotional purposes, including use on social media, subject to applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
